These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 8g8g8g platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

By creating an account on 8g8g8g, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 8g8g8g immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
8g8g8g is required by international regulations to verify the identity of all Users. You may be asked to provide copies of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in limitations on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 8g8g8g does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum limits vary depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. Unverified accounts may be subject to lower transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 minutes for verified accounts using Indonesian bank transfers or e-wallets. Processing times may be longer during peak hours or if additional verification is required. 8g8g8g reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
8g8g8g operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1× turnover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. Suspicious transactions may be flagged for review, and accounts involved in money laundering activities will be closed and reported to the relevant authorities.
8g8g8g offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Bonus eligibility is determined by 8g8g8g at its sole discretion and may vary based on account status, deposit history, and promotional terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the terms of each offer. Typical wagering requirements range from 15× to 30× the bonus amount.
Example: If you receive a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling Rp 2,000,000 before you can withdraw any bonus-derived winnings.
8g8g8g reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated betting, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and any other conduct deemed to be in bad faith.
Some bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. For example, a bonus may state that the maximum amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings is Rp 5,000,000, regardless of how much you win while the bonus is active. These limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
All bets placed on 8g8g8g are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before confirming a bet. 8g8g8g accepts no liability for user error in bet placement.
8g8g8g reserves the right to void bets, refuse bets, or limit stake amounts at its discretion, particularly in cases where pricing errors, technical glitches, or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
For sports betting, including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), basketball, badminton, and other sports markets, bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets may be voided depending on the sport-specific rules outlined in our detailed Sports Betting Rules document (available on request).
All live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) and RNG-based slot games are provided by licensed third-party game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer actions and are independent of 8g8g8g. 8g8g8g cannot alter, predict, or influence game results.
For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), draw results are based on official lottery outcomes from licensed providers. Draw times and result verification methods are published on the Platform.
For sabung ayam (live cockfighting betting), match outcomes are determined by the official arena result. Bets are settled based on the declared winner (Meron or Wala) as announced by the arena operator. 8g8g8g does not control match outcomes and acts solely as a platform for bet acceptance.

Violation of these rules may result in bet voidance, account closure, and forfeiture of all funds.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8g8g8g and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
8g8g8g's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose.
Force Majeure: 8g8g8g shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
8g8g8g reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict access to any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we suspect:
During the suspension period, 8g8g8g will investigate the matter and may request additional documentation. If the account is found to be in compliance, access will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed.
8g8g8g may permanently close any account and forfeit all funds if the User is found to have:
Upon termination, all pending bets may be voided, bonuses forfeited, and remaining account balance (if any) may be withheld pending investigation. 8g8g8g's decision in such matters is final.

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the 8g8g8g Platform are the exclusive property of 8g8g8g or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8g8g8g is licensed and regulated. For Users residing in Indonesia, local Indonesian consumer protection laws may apply insofar as they do not conflict with the governing law specified by 8g8g8g's license.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 14 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the international arbitration body specified in 8g8g8g's license agreement. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 8g8g8g.
8g8g8g reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. When significant changes are made, we will notify Users via email, Platform notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on the homepage.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
